I will hang over a cliff to photograph nesting puffins, will creep up on sleeping birds to catch the first rays of sunrise on their feathers, will crawl at eye level as a limpkin cracks a freshwater clam, will chuckle over  the territorial behaviors of a hummingbird towards a sphinx moth, and wait patiently for hours to capture osprey courting behaviors. Photographing birds as they fly, court, build nests, hunt, socialize, and mate …all are challenges I invite.
